Cor Deo Choir (Cor Deo Christian Academy’s 7th-12th grade choir) is open to homeschool students! We have loved having homeschool students share their talent with us and with the community, and we would love to include more homeschool students. We practice at the Cor Deo North Campus on Wednesday afternoons (first rehearsal is Sept. 4). For our Christmas 2019 season, we plan to perform at Washington Square Mall, the Cor Deo Christmas concert, Maryville Nursing home, and the Grotto’s Festival of Lights (this has been a highlight the last 2 years!). Then after Christmas we’ll start on new music for our spring season. Cor Deo Choir is a challenge – we sing adult-level music – but it’s okay if your student doesn’t have choir experience; they can come learn in a positive environment. Choir students help select the music, and they have good taste – we have fun music ready to go for Christmas! Check out our website for more information,, and let me know if you have questions or want to sign up!

Are your kids interested in art? Or are YOU interested in art? Maybe you want to do it together? Private art lessons are an amazing experience that guarantee one-on-one time between teacher and student that help hone in on skills and knowledge. I have studied art for 7 years and have graduated with a mastery in watercolor and pen + ink. I am also trained in a variety of mediums, including color pencil, animal drawing, drawing, portrait, painting, pastels, and many forms of digital art. I currently teach ages 8-27 at Masters School of Art in Beaverton and Clackamas. I would love to work with you and your kids! Age limits depend on medium. Refer to flyers for more information.
